Terms of use
Last updated 29 October 2026
These terms apply when you use darji. They are short on purpose. By using the site you agree to them; if you don't, please don't use it.
What darji is
darji checks how applicant tracking systems read your resume, tailors it to job descriptions with AI, and helps with cover letters and application answers. It is in early access: features may change, and it may sometimes be unavailable.
Your content
Your resume, career context and everything darji writes from them are yours. You let us process them only to provide what you ask for, as described in the privacy policy. Only upload a resume that is yours, or that you have permission to use.
Check everything before you send it
AI can make mistakes. darji is built not to invent experience, flags anything it can't back up from your own resume, and tells you what it changed, but you are responsible for everything you send to an employer. Read each resume, cover letter and answer, and remove anything that isn't true.
Aggressive mode adds the job's keywords and requirements that your resume doesn't show, and lists them for you to check. Only send what you can stand behind in an interview: employers may withdraw an offer over a false claim.
What darji is not
- Not a guarantee. The ATS score and checks are estimates of how parsers and keyword searches read a resume, not a result from any employer's system, and not a promise of an interview.
- Not immigration advice. The visa sponsor check uses the Home Office register of licensed sponsors as published on the date shown. A licence means a company can sponsor, not that it will sponsor you or that a job qualifies. Check with the employer, and for advice on your own case, with an immigration adviser or GOV.UK.
- Not career or legal advice. Suggestions are general, and the decisions are yours.
Fair use
- Don't share an early-access code, or try to get around limits, access codes or other protections.
- Don't use darji to write false or misleading applications, to scrape the site, or to overload or attack it.
- We may limit or end access for anyone who does, to keep darji working for everyone.
Our responsibility
darji is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise that it will always be either. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions employers make, or for losses that come from relying on darji's output without checking it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top says when they last changed. They are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions: hello@darji.pro.
